Thursday, August 23rd
Arrival in Frankfurt. Travel to Bingen an Rhein (possibly by bus). Opportunity for an evening trip to Rüdesheim (Drosselgase) on an individual basis (and recover from jet lag the rest of the day).

Friday, August 24th
10 a.m. - 5 p.m.: a boat trip on the Rhein river with a guided tour of two castles for a maximum of 100 attendees. Lunch & drinks not included.

7 p.m.: dinner (barbeque on the terrace, weather permitting) for a maximum of 100 attendees. Drinks not included. Afterwards a wine tasting from the Dautermann vineyards will be offered.

Saturday, August 25th
Up to 1 p.m.: an opportunity for individual attendees to sightsee in Bingen, Rüdesheim, etc. Lunch not provided.

1 p.m. - 7 p.m.: Dautermann meeting (hoping for at least 200 people here!)

7 p.m.: Buffet dinner for approximately 150 persons, drinks not included.

Sunday, August 26th
10 a.m.: Bus trip to Hahnmühle, Gau-Weinheim, etc.

12 p.m.: Picnic lunch including drinks (finally!). Afterwards there will be a trip to various villages from which the American contingent of the family originated from.

Monday, August 27th
Departure day.

Of course there will be t-shirts, booklets and gifts available.

Germans can book single particular events. Americans must book the entire package, so the cost for all of these days put togther is 150 € (which translates to $195, payable to Heidi Newland with your reservation).
